| Video Discription | Vedanta Ltd has declared INR 19.50 dividend per share with a record date of 27th Jul 2022. A major reason for paying out the dividend right now is because Vedanta holds a significant stake in HZL and HZL recently paid out dividend of INR 21 per share. So Vedanta has decided to reward its shareholders accordingly. The company had also paid a dividend of INR 31.50 on 9th May 2022, taking the total dividend for this Financial Year to INR 51. At the current market price of INR 240, it translates to a dividend yield of 21.25% already and the company may further pay more dividends in the next 3 quarters depending on the cash flows.
