I recently purchased and ebook from Robert Himler at his website http://www.farfrom.it after watching his videos on the youtube. I always did have a thought in my mind that he was a con man, but i thought i would buy the ebook. First off after reading i see that the font is extremely big and there is 3 inches of spacing, it was advertised as 23,009 words and 129 pages. However all of us college educated people know that 23,009 words is actually only 23 pages spaced correctly. This was an outrage it was literally an essay with generic information and phrasing made to make you think Robert Himler was rich and full of success.

However any intelligent person reading it would see that it absolutely  says nothing about it's advertised  wealth creation. Not to mention i looked up the journalists who reviewed the site - The New Business Chronicle and - Pete W., Bizchat Journal, to only find they do not exist. [continued below]....
.....  This ebook is against the law as it is false advertising and scamming people to read something that says nothing about it's advertised content.  All of this and it was $47 for an ebook!

*Furthermore i decided to look into his wealth, being a private investigator, i used my acquired skills to do a little digging. I did some various land record searches and public record searches to see if Robert Himler truly owned what he said he owned and built what he said he built. Well come to find out his "home" in florida at 1383 Chatfield Place Orlando, Florida and his "home" in Pennsylvania at 128 Lakewood Rd Greensburg, Pennsylvania do not actually belong to him. If you do a record search you will see that both places are owned by Robert E. Himler and Elizabeth Himler (married couple in their 50s).

Who are these people? They are his parents, just do a birth certificate look up. Need more? If you look up even more records you will see that his parents own US AUTO MART, INC. a car lot! This explains the lamborghinis etc. Even more record searches revealed that those cars are dealer cars from the lot! So now it gets good, to pile even more on top his latest creation Razzi at http://www.razzi.me is not actually his doing, it is a service he purchased and is paying monthly on via http://www.slickpic.com. Throw again on top that all of his other sites are wordpress themes that he did not make.

***So in conclusion we have a kid, Robert Himler, professing to be wealthy and successful on youtube, by merely making videos of him driving expensive cars that he does not own, of which he says he owns and saying he owns these extravagant homes $1 million+ total of homes, of which he does not own. Roll all that together with websites he does not build and websites that according to http://www.compete.com do not have enough traffic to make a dime! After all this  you get a con man and a poser who tries to steal your money with a fake ebook that sells false information based on false advertising. Someone please bring this liar to our USA court system and make him pay back all the money he has stolen!

I think we have Robert Himler Lambo Repo'd Going Through Auction

AUTHOR: Auto Auction Orlando - ()

We had this Lambo go through:

autoauctionorlando.com/2004-lamborghini-gallardo

Could be Robert Himler's? We def. know his father owns usautomart.com/ and who.godaddy.com shows his name. The car is from PA, so could be his. Perhaps the:

roberthimlernetworth.com/

Is  not really accurate that he setup? I mean seriously who buys a domain name with networth.com in it? You know he or someone he is affiliated with did this.

The farfrom.it/ is a joke! Dad has a dealership, and you see his title is from PA. Anyone can not work 9-5 and have no boss when daddy is paying the bills.

His girl is a hottie, so congrats to him on that standpoint. However, you look at her Instagram barely any pictures of Robert. Tells me she probably is going to drain what she can out of this poor chap and move on to another guy with $$.  Robert probably hasn't married her yet or engaged because he probably can't afford the ring she will require or wedding she will need. BAHAHAHA Stay Thirsty my friends!

A Lawsuit Cuts Both Ways

AUTHOR: Think Before You Act - ()

This post on the website is for informational purposes only, do not provide a substitute for engaging legal counsel, and do not constitute legal advice or solicitation for legal services.  Any legal advice should be tailored to specific clients and their specific needs.  No attorney-client relationship is created by any use of this website.  You should not rely on any information in this post.

Mr. Himler and Ms. Sangster may wish to reconsider this lawsuit.  A small caveat - this post does not constitute legal advice and is purely for entertainment purposes....

First of all, subpeonas go both ways.  A lawyer has an open book when it comes to asking questions, questions that become public record.  Many of Mr. Himler's claims of wealth will be put on trial - and the ownership of all his claimed assets become public knowledge.  His tax returns become public record - who he works for and where he gets his money.

Second of all, proving damages in this case will be next to impossible.  Given the loss of privacy from the first point, he stands to lose quite a bit in even bringing this to trial - and if he is shown to have committed any fraudulent statements under oath, he can get tossed for perjury.  And he also runs the risk of having to pay the legal fees of the other side if they can show that his filing was friviolus.

Third - Ms. Sangster is not an American Citizen, so I would imagine that this would get tossed.  Not only that, but Mr. Himler seems to post that he lives in Florida, and Ms. Sangster in Sydney.   This case isn't even filed in the correct jurisdiction.

If I were one of the defendents, I'd take them up on this case.

SelfMadeRocket BullS

AUTHOR: BlueEyes - ()

Was is not Albert Einstein who once said the definition of insanity is : "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results"

Thus leading me to the conclusion that you might be loony bin type nuts or closely affiliated with Mr. Himler (If I had to warrant a guess I would say his girlfriend)

Possibly both, no matter how many times you try and justify the posts the results will not change.

No doubt you are the same person responsible for the original Himler coverup story and website and all the bells and whistles.

Talking about insult, I think most of us here are actually insulted by you who is seriously underestimating our intelligence.

I suggest you re-read the wording of the Aug 26 post...

AUTHOR: SelfmadeRocketman - (United States of America)

Contra-d**k-tion - titty (Canada):

To answer your question:

Which was it, did you read their book because of this guys review, or because of your friend who is completely enamored with Himler?

I did not say that I read the book because of the review. I said I downloaded it (i.e. purchased) because of the review. I did read it because of my friend. Your question has incorrectly stated something on my behalf that is clearly out of context from what was written.

There is not a contradiction, just a failure on your part to assimilate the written word in the context in which it was written; and a failure on my part to articulate further. In all fairness, they were two separate posts, made days apart, and I didn't realize there was a need for clarification on the two events as I don't go back to read my previous posts...

Thanks for reading all my posts, though.

To clarify for you (and anyone else who may come to the same conclusion as you), here's a timeline of events for your better understanding; I'll spell it out for you in a one, two, three approach to avoid further confusion on your part:

  1. I read the ebook my friend asked me to read (i.e. he sent me the PDF)

  2. I read Charles' post on Ripoff Report, which struck a chord with me (as I have already explained)

  3. After reading the post on Ripoff Report, I downloaded (purchased) the ebook (never read it again), which I had already read prior to purchasing it as outlined above. A small gesture of support on my part, for my belief that Charles' was full of BS and was attacking the man under the guise of being something he wasn't (from a position of credibility). I related to Himler in the sense of being targeted by someone who couldn't explain (or at least duplicate) my success, so they decided they knew the "truth," and tried to "sell it" (their yarn) with authority.
I do live by my own words. I stated my position (and conclusion) in regard to Charles was my opinion.

I do not understand why you put my words about liable in your post, and then cautioned me against it. I did not make false accusations to the determent (or detriment if you prefer) of others while pretending to be something I wasn't, so that does not apply to me. I called Charles out. I did not caution anyone from buying his product based on perceived falsities. IMO, he did though. So I called him out on it.

When you take my comment, and make your own conclusion (that I read the book because of Charles' post) then "clearly something is off in [my] statements." But when you read it, and comprehend it as it is written, instead of the way you elect to "see" it, then it simply is what it is, and nothing more. Face value.

Anyway, thank you for helping me out by pointing that out to me. I can see how it could be confusing.

Here's to your success...

Which is it?

AUTHOR: Contra-dick-tion - (Canada)

So I noticed you intially said;

(SUBMITTED: Sunday, August 26, 2012) I take insult to your rant. Not because I am in any way affiliated with the folks at FarFrom.It, because I have no affiliation with them. I have, however, upon reading your review, downloaded their ebook.

Followed by;

(SUBMITTED: Friday, September 07, 2012) I never even heard about him or his girlfriend until after my friend who is completely enamored with Himler asked me to read the book and give him my thoughts on it.

Which was it, did you read their book because of this guys review, or because of your friend who is completely enamored with Himler?

Keep in mind, freedom of speech is only afforded to those who speak the truth. When you lie, and make false claims behind the guise of being factual... is grounds for liable if even one person believes what you say... and it is based on false truths.

Maybe you should live by your own words before trying to help others... Clearly something is off in your statements.

Is Himler's Story "Far From It?"

AUTHOR: SelfmadeRocketman - (United States of America)

Whether Himlers story is complete BS or not would not really matter to me, except that he is using his story to sell a product to people. In the event his story is total BS then he has committed a crime.

I stood up for the idea that Himlers story could be true. Is it true? I have no idea! I pretty much stood up for the possibility that it could be. I know I said I was done with this forum, but I have to make a new post.

My defense of Hilmers story being possible is correct. I have lived it in my own life. It is possible. However, there are some glaring holes in his story.

Whereas I do firmly believe in mindset, and the power of the mind, and do believe his book gives good examples of positive mindset (despite it being mainly regurgitated information from a myriad of self help, positive thinking sources), I have been contacted by someone who has given me some facts that I cannot ignore, and as such can no longer take Himlers story at face value.

Since I made such a big stink on this forum, I clearly owe all of you the courtesy of sharing the details that were brought to my attention. These details are reliable, as they are a combination of Himlers own published words, the GoDaddy WhoIs database, and his own YouTube account.

Far From It: Page 88

In between my senior year and choosing a college, I also bought my first Lamborghini. March 16, 2009 marks one of the greatest days of my life. Incidentally, this is the same date as his video on YouTube.com highlighting the delivery. So what is the problem? Go back a few pages.

Far From It: Pages 77 80

Himler explains how he saw his first Gallardo in person, and how he believed he would own one. But how was I going to get there? he asks. He then goes into explaining that using MySpace phenom and Internet success Ashley Qualls story as an example he would create a version of her business model for Google users, and this would be his vehicle to success, creating his ability to buy a Lamborghini. So why is this an issue? as Matt pointed out in his email to me, a quick GoDaddy whois database shows that iCarHomepage was first created on 30 March 2009, 14 days after the delivery of his Lamborghini Gallardo, which he claims he bought with the proceeds from his web endeavors.

In fairness to Himler, in his book he does say: caused me to take it offline. If youre interested to see how the concept worked, checkout iCarHomepage.com, which could infer that this is not the original domain, and was created as an example. I would find it strange if this were the case however, considering it was created in 2009, well beyond his need to give examples. As someone who has made considerable money through websites, I find it difficult to find any truth in his statement that iGoogle came along, which saw the sites expenses begin to outweigh the profits, and caused me to take it offline.

The only site he lists that he owns that he claims he created that has a created on date prior to the purchase of his Gallardo is his NurburgringLive site, which was registered shy of 9 months prior to the delivery of his Gallardo. CarVideos was created in 02, but Himler states he purchased it and does not give the date.

Furthermore, Matt made an interesting point about how Himler is quick to lay claim to all his accomplishments, so making statements like on page 85: At Vidcon 2012, YouTube has announced that THOUSANDS of partners are now making over six figures a year! thus inferring he is one of them, but not claiming he is. Is he humble, or is he attempting to use inference to perpetrate a fraud?

I am not saying one way or the other whether he is legit or a fraud, but these facts (his own words in black and white) do paint a picture of doubt when put into context.

Whether he is just a rich kid who had to make up a story to justify his Lamborghini; one of those rich kids who always creates businesses that fail and his wealthy family is there to bail him out, or if he is a true success is irrelevant to me in the sense that you can accomplish what he claims to have accomplished (whether he did or not!).

So what can be done about this? I have an acquaintance who works for the Federal Trade Commission that has informed me that in the event Himler has concocted his story, and has used it in an attempt to profit from it (FarFrom.It), then he has indeed committed a crime. If his story is mostly true to a certain point, but has been embellished and subjected to puffery, then hes in the proverbial grey area.

I asked him if the possibly that Himler is a fraud, defrauding others of their money is enough to investigate, and he said that if Himler is a fraud he is a small fraud, and there are bigger fish to fry. However, he said if the FTC were to begin to receive complaints about this issue, then action might be taken. I dont have the time or interest in pursuing this, but it would seem some people do based on the nature of most of the posts on this site. If youd like to get the ball rolling, go to ftcComplaintAssistant.gov

For quicker investigation and possible prosecution he recommended filing a complaint with your local State Attorney Generals office. Apparently, if his story is total BS, he has committed a Federal Offense since he sells his product to residents of other states than his state of residence. If you live out of the USA, file a complaint with the PA State Attorney Generals office as that is where his site is registered to, or in AZ where the registrar is located.
I remain resolute to the fact that mindset is incredibly important, and key to furthering yourself in life and business. Whether Himler is a fraud or not, his story is possible. All of you need to keep that in mind. I have learned in life that in many cases the messenger is not as important as the message.

To your success!

Why is so many people making such a big deal about this? Himler provides entertainment to teens and adults which his the purpose. He may flaunt his wealth but who cares. ridiculous

AUTHOR: anonymous - (United States of America)

Mr. Dan, I laughed a lot after reading all your posts. You just continually repeat what you said to begin with, with the exception of adding how firemen stand up for each other. "But whether you call it a ripoff, a scam, or a swindle, these by definition (to cheat (a person, business, etc.) out of money or other assets) are not what you find with a product that offers a 60-day 100% refund. How are you cheated if your money is sitting there waiting there for you and all you have to do is ask? The simple answer here is that you are not cheated. You may be dissatisfied, but you are not cheated." This paragraph is a joke. The 60 day 100% money-back guarantee is like saying here is a hamburger, if you don't eat it in between now and 60 days you can return it. When was the last time you returned something that had a money back guarantee.....?

You either lose it, or decide you don't really care enough to waste your time. Amy, on her webpage, says that their time is valuable, as is ours. This is why she claims they charge money for the online conversations. She also states that it takes her 20 minutes to make $10,000. She seems to have a lot of time to waste.

Scammer....

AUTHOR: JayRock - (United States of America)

Known this kid for many years. Im from where he is from. He is a scam, he has been rich his whole life. His dad has half a million dollar credit at manhiem auctions.thats where the cars come from. The money comes from 500 dollars going into his bank account for every car sold at his dads dealership. Not to mention the dealership is in his aunts name I believe because his dad used to be a scammer and can't own a dealership. That may have been lifted though.

This kid is a joke, he grew up in my hometown of Greensburg. Everyone knew him as the spoiled, rich kid whos daddy owned a dealerhip. He would go around telling everyone he built his lambo from a kit so no one would give him s**t for being a spoiled brat. Never had a girlfriend because all the girls knew how much of a tool he was. Its funny seeing how he scammed all these people now though. Kids pathetic, trust fund baby, spoiled brat, chronic liar. His parents run there delearship like scum bags stealing from whoever they can. Arrogant, scum family.

Billy Bob Bupkiss

AUTHOR: SelfmadeRocketman - (United States of America)

SelfmadeRocketman, you have to be Robert himself.

I do? Are you sure? I'm pretty confident that I am 100% me and 0% Himler. That's your first Opinion stated as fact.

Nobody as successful as you claim to be, and not knowing Robert, would not waste so much time on this issue.
If I'm amused then I'm not wasting time. Who are you to mandate what I will or will not do with my time? Whether you believe I am successful or not has no impact on whether I actually am successful or not. That's your second Opinion stated as fact.

A successful person would not even comment on it,
Clearly based on your logic you are not successful or you would not be commenting on this site. Let me guess, you have "friends" who are successful and "they" wouldn't comment, eh? I'm successful and I commented repeatedly...there goes your theory blown right out of the water. Don't try and squash me in you misconceived mold of what successful people do with their time.

Worry about how you do things, I'll worry about what I elect to spend my time doing. You have no right to try and mandate what I will and will not do with my time based on my level of success. To think you have this right is absurd! That's your third Opinion stated as fact.

and if you had anything to say, would send a message directly to Robert about your concerns.
Why would I want to contact Himler with my concerns when my "concerns" were with some fake poser pretending to be a "private investigator" stating false truths and trying to build himself some credibility by (a) saying he is a private investigator, and (b) using his "acquired skills" to uncover details Himler himself goes into detail about in his book?

I have NO concerns with Himler. I felt impassioned to say something because I encountered numerous character attacks over the years by "authoritative posers." Clearly you must lack conviction in your life since you fail to grasp this concept despite the numerous times I have highlighted it in my posts. That's your fourth Opinion stated as fact.

Also if these comments aren't true, Robert would have them removed by getting a lawyer after this website!
Clearly by the blatant ignorance of your comment you have never engaged in litigation. Ripoff Report is a site that champions freedom of speech. In order to get something removed from this site you need to d**n near move Heaven and Earth. GO HERE (it's a Ripoff Report page) so you can read in great detail about how litigation with Ripoff Report works, and so you can get a clue as to why getting a report removed is not a practical approach, and would likely not result in the removal of a report. Read it from the horse's mouth (Ripoff Report) and understand why that part of your comment is completely irrelevant.

If I were Himler (as I outlined in a previous post) I would go the legal route available, to initiate subpena process against Ripoff Report to gain the details of the poster's personal information (primarily IP Address as they likely used a fake name, etc.) (which is also a time consuming process) and file suit against the posters who are committing defamation of character for damages including loss of revenue, etc. Who knows if Himler is doing that already? It's a time consuming process. Have you ever heard that the wheels of justice turn slowly? Well it is true. That was your fifth Opinion stated as fact.

The problem is, the comments are true and he can't get them removed.
You see, you state that as fact (sixth time I might add), not as your opinion. However as with your whole post, this is simply your opinion, and is based on conclusions you have made devoid of any facts. Gain some accountability in your life and do your own due diligence instead of reading someone else's drivel and deciding it suits your agenda so it must be true.

~~~~~~
I have noticed that (at the time of me submitting this post) that every post that has been "negative" has more "NO" votes than "YES" votes. Every post I have made (again, at the time of me submitting this post) has more "YES" votes than "NO" votes.
The interesting thing about this is that the majority of people who view this debate clearly have a positive view of Himler and his product. Or at the very least understand the product has a money back guarantee and don't want to cheat themselves of the opportunity to be exposed to it based on the "opinions" of others. However, with the exception of me, everyone who has actually posted is doing so in the negative.
Clearly (and sadly) you bunch of negative people have pulled me down to your level, getting me engaged in the process.
Even more sad is the fact that I really am enjoying myself as most of what you have to say if so full of holes it wouldn't float for a brief moment.
I've had a ton of fun with the back and forth; alas it's time for me to exit this debate.
I've clearly and consistently stated my position and beliefs. Believe what you want, that was the inevitable outcome anyway.
Thanks for giving me something to do. I've had a lot of fun. For any of you out there than choose a more positive path and focus your time on more productive endeavors, best of luck to you! See you in the fast lane.
For everyone else...best of luck to you, too!
Fireman
AUTHOR: SelfmadeRocketman - (United States of America)
Hello Fireman74,
I'll start off by saying thank you for your service. I have tremendous respect for anyone willing to put their life on the line for anyone, especially for people they don't know.
I would like to address your comment:
Also, if you're reading this.....you're reading it for a reason. DO NOT listen to his friend above. Look at the effort the guy goes to to clear his buddy's name!
I am not his friend. My friend Dan asked me to read his book (because he admires my lifestyle, and knows I must know something to get to where I am today), and after reading his book I ended up on this site when I Googled him, after which I bought a copy of his book out of support based on how it made me feel (dredging up old wounds) when I saw the "Private Investigator" BS comments.
As for:
Nobody would do that based on his reasoning. It's probably Robert Himself! What a load!
You are a Fireman! You have a level of camaraderie for your fellow Firefighter. If you saw someone posting online and attacking a fellow firefighter you would stand up for him, even if you didn't know the man. Perhaps you would not. I know several Firefighters, and I know there is a code of sticking together.
Surely you can understand that in seeing the personal attack on the guy, and it reminding me of the countless similar events I encountered over the years, I would feel motivated to say something. I went out of my way to state in my first post that I don't know Himler, and these accusations could be true. However, at this point I do not think that they are.
The club is growing, but self-made people in their teens and twenties are still rare. Even though we rarely meet one another, we are a tight-knit community, held together by common bonds. It's a fraternity with an open policy of acceptance. We set ourselves apart, no one else does it for us. It's the same as the code for Firemen, or Marines, or Police Officers, etc. We are not in your league as far as selflessness goes,  obviously. We don't put our lives on the line for others. But most of us want to see others join our fraternity. It may be exclusive, but not by design. We want more!
Initially, my intent was not to stand up for Himler as much as it was to call Charles out on the Blatantly Obvious BS approach Charles took, claiming to be a Private Investigator, etc.
Anyone who reads Himler's FarFromIt knows that he even points out that his family owns US AUTO MART, INC, etc., some of the very facts that Charles claimed to have uncovered, among others. So why does the guy act like he investigated it and discovered it?
In the early days I made money online as an affiliate marketer, so I do understand the need to hype something up for people to buy it. I can understand how you would be under the impression from his sales copy that you may get more that you actually get. But he is not the only person to do this. At least 80% of every advert out there does this to a certain degree. So by that rationale, almost everyone out there is ripping everyone off.
But whether you call it a ripoff, a scam, or a swindle, these by definition (to cheat (a person, business, etc.) out of money or other assets) are not what you find with a product that offers a 60-day 100% refund. How are you cheated if your money is sitting there waiting there for you and all you have to do is ask? The simple answer here is that you are not cheated. You may be dissatisfied, but you are not cheated.
If a book would make someone rich, then most people would be wealthy. I have created my wealth through many mediums; from the Internet, to investing in securities and currencies and compounding my returns, to real estate (both commercial and residential). I failed a lot along the way. My mentality and mindset kept me going.
The only endorsement I gave FarFromIt was that it gave you an opportunity to develop a mindset required to make money. I defended Himler himself from the standpoint I would defend myself: that simply because I drive multiple exotic cars and am in my 20's doesn't mean I have an illicit vocation or had it handed to me.
I used an analogy in an earlier post about working out. You see, I consider myself to be in great shape. I have a lot of friends who want defined biceps and a six-pack, etc. (as a Firefighter I think you should be able to relate to this part), and I can give them all the tools necessary to get in shape: a meal plan, workout equipment, a personal trainer. Does that mean they will get a six-pack? Probably not! You know why? Because despite having everything they need, they'll usually quit or go for "something better." This is tested and true. Only one of my friend for whom I provided the necessities I laid out above actually got close. He didn't make it though.
It's the same with business. Granted there is a ton of garbage out there! FarFromIt is not a road-map or step-by-step guide to becoming a Millionaire.
Look, if you get some programmers together right now and follow Mark Zuckerberg's path to Billionaire status you likely won't have the next Facebook. If you decide to create exact products like Steve Jobs created at Apple, and had the funding to market exactly the same you likely wouldn't ever become the wealthiest company in the world. Does that make them or their stories frauds, scams, etc.? The answer is NO! They made it there. Obviously it wasn't a scam. Will you get rich by doing exactly what Himler did to get to where he is now? Probably not. The Internet is not what it was back then. With Panda, Penguin, the forthcoming Penguin 2 algorithms from Google you likely would not make it today like he did. But that doesn't make his journey a scam. He made it.
I will tell you, however, that Sangster's (the FarFromIt co-author) method will work today just like it worked for her a few years ago. ForEx, when traded correctly, with proper risk management and steady strategies, can create great wealth in as little as a year, even starting with as little as few thousand dollars initially, and compounding your gains. My first year trading ForEx I funded my account with a few thousand dollars, and never removed a cent for the whole year. Even though I only averaged a return in the 3%-5% range per week for the entire year, my account had increased nearly tenfold by the end of the year!
Again, it took a certain mindset of discipline and dedication to get there. I could have taken money out. I could have gone against my promise to myself to never risk more than 2%-3% of my trading account per trade to help mitigate risk. I had many losers. But I had more winners. I made it because of my outlook, mindset, and the discipline to follow through. That's where the masses fall short. But you can do it too!
What I'm trying to get at here is simple. My friend Dan asked me to read FarFromIt and give him my honest opinion as to whether it has any value or not. The answer is that there is no new material (except for their personal experiences), but it does deliver what, in my opinion is, the most important tool for getting ahead: it gives examples of the proper mindset to get where you want to be. You'll have failures. You may not make $100k in the first year. If you don't complete something, and are always skipping around, you will never make it. That's just like getting in shape. It's about making a promise to yourself to better your life, and eventually your family's life. If you don't see value in mindset, or you think it is a big pile of crap, then you are missing the whole point. Study the great wealth masters of the world, and you will see the common thread. By wealth masters I don;t mean Gurus, I mean people who have achieved great wealth.
Don't do tomorrow what can be accomplished today. Don't give up when things seem to be failing. If you spray a fire and it doesn't go out do you head home? No! You find a way to contain it at the very least. You are a Firefighter. You have the mindset you need to get ahead in life. Just apply the same methods to a business goal and you will get there my friend. I believe it. I believe in you. I believe it is within everyone.
Anthony Robbins has a fantastic phrase: "the power of NOW"
Tomorrow is always tomorrow. What you do today can create a better tomorrow for you. That eventually turns into a better tomorrow for others.
My posting on here is as much to (hopefully) motivate others to know they can do it to as it is to joust back and forth with the naysayers.
PS Thanks for all the emails I have received. I had intended for David to contact me if he has anything else to say. I was not intending for anyone else to contact me. The emails I have received have been a great surprise and I appreciate the kind words from most of you, and I appreciate the unkind words from the rest of you. I truly hope everyone reaches their goals in life. It's all possible!
Scam of all scams.
AUTHOR: Firefighter74 - (United States of America)
I recently fell victim to this scam artist as well. The false advertising is the biggest part of the scam. He literally provides NOTHING of value in his "eBook". This is not an opinion, it's a fact. There is nothing about it that gives anyone ANY inclination on how to build any kind of "fortune" let alone anything at all, other than perhaps a more positive attitude....but alas, that positive attitude immediately goes down the drain when you realize you've paid $50 for a couple of pages worth of generic hype. I feel raped by this scoundrel.
Also, if you're reading this.....you're reading it for a reason. DO NOT listen to his friend above. Look at the effort the guy goes to to clear his buddy's name! Nobody would do that based on his reasoning. It's probably Robert Himself! What a load! I love in Florida as well....and if I get the opportunity, I'll be getting my retribution.
Sincerely,
A Scammed Fireman
Yawn
AUTHOR: SelfmadeRocketman - (United States of America)
David,
I don't know Robert Himler any better than I know you.
I never even heard about him or his girlfriend until after my friend who is completely enamored with Himler asked me to read the book and give him my thoughts on it.
I'm just now getting back on here because my friend saw my posting from this site copied and pasted on Himler's blog in a post he did to address Ripoff Report. My friend also sent me a link to Himler's girlfriends site too. They have both posted titles to their vehicles on their sites. Which is kind of sad that they have given in to people the likes of you.
Himler has posted the title to his Lamborghini on his blog.
His girlfriend's Gallardo title from her blog (here) as provided by my friend.
These titles (attached to this post) would not be in their custody without having paid for the vehicle.
I like the fact that they have taken photos rather than scanned, and it would be much more difficult to Photoshop a fake title that way.
I simply returned to this site to see if Himler would be the bigger man and avoid Ripoff Report, or if he would be brought down to your level and file a rebuttal on here.
In my opinion he has done the right thing, filing his rebuttal on his website for those who follow him to read. In reality, people like you and "Charles" are inconsequential in the whole equation. I simply respond as I find people like you and Charles amusing, and it gives me an opportunity to stand up for someone when I rarely had the opportunity to do so myself!
If you have anything to say to me, email me: heyveyway gmail.com
Keep in mind, freedom of speech is only afforded to those who speak the truth. When you lie, and make false claims behind the guise of being factual (e.g. alluding to the fact that you have investigated him and concluded he is a fraud) is grounds for liable if even one person believes what you say (in this case people clicking "yes") and it is based on false truths. If I were him I would subpoena this site for your IP address, then subpoena your ISP for your personal information, then sue you for defamation of character and loss of earnings (multiply the clicked "yes" number by the cost of the ebook and there you have it) both current and potential future earnings. You have no free speech rights because you are intentionally defaming the man.
You may wonder why I would do this. The answer is that I have rarely ever had the opportunity to shut up the naysayers as far as I am concerned. It feels kinda good to be able to stand up for someone else when I see them making an effort to do so.
At that rate, say whatever you want to say about Himler or me. But be forewarned, make sure you can back yourself up, or clearly state that what you are saying is simply your opinion and that you have no proof to back it up. Even if Himler is reluctant to do anything, I pay a handsome retainer to my legal counsel, and I'd love to give them something to do. Even is you used a fake name and fake email to post on this site, your IP address was stored and I will exercise my rights under the law to remedy defamatory comments. You can post that I'm a bully for threatening litigation, and that would be a blatant distortion of the facts. I am saying if you want to say something, clarify whether it is a fact or your opinion, because if you don't someone will likely believe you, and then you've committed slander, which is a violation of the law.
Everyone else out there, keep your dreams alive. I accomplished all my dreams in my 20's and am now setting new ones. There is no difference between you and I, save it be outlook and action. Time waits for no man. Why do tomorrow what you can complete today? I think even Himler & his girlfriend would agree with that.
Next time I'm back in FL (my primary home is in Ft. Lauderdale) I will drop Himler a line. I congratulate him on doing things I am afraid of, namely being as open and public as he is. You won't ever see me on YouTube, or flaunting any of the vehicles in my fleet for the masses to see. I'm too afraid of getting caught up in the drama that has always followed me around.
But if you ever see me at a gas station fueling up one of my exotics say hello! I let people sit in my cars and take photos. My favorite experience was a grandpa who asked if his grandson could sit in the car I was fueling at the time. I sensed he was a good man, and I let him take his grandson for a quick drive in my car. I loved my grandpa, and that opportunity made him an even bigger hero to his grandson. I put all my fears aside and embraced the love. Don't ask though, I don't usually allow strangers to drive my cars. But sit in it, check it out... I'll even take your pic with your camera phone of you behind the wheel. To this day I love to stoke the fires of people's dreams. Because what I have anyone can have. You just need to take action, even when you fail. I have had more failures than successes, but I still have surpassed my wildest expectations in life. I haven't hit 30 yet. It takes action and tenacity. So keep getting up and you'll get to where you want to go.
I know I'll get a lot of hate and disbelief about where I'm at. Too bad for you that are hating. Focus your energies into something positive instead of hating and I'll see you at an exotic car meet soon. If even one person gets a bit of motivation out of my words then all the hate is more than worth it.
Good luck everyone!
Robert Himler - Fraud
AUTHOR: tropix50 - (United States of America)
I see one of Roberts friends (selfmakerocketman) is doing a little damage control...that is hilarious.
I too have been watching Robert Himler for a couple of years now and have done some amateur investigation on him. There is no doubt in my mind that Robert is a fraud. Anyone with a little intelligence will conclude that this kid comes from money....period. All of this public information regarding Robert Himler in the above complaint is 100% TRUE. Look at the evidence and don't deny it. I knew this information about Robert Himler (the third), years ago. Why do you think he's skirted this issue for all of these years.
Fast forward a couple years - Robert has done pretty well with his YouTube videos monetarily but by no means, no way can anyone afford the cars and lifestyle with out a lot of help. I know one thing for sure...he's headed down a slippery slope. Any time you dip into the biz opp world, make claims and do not honer them, the "powers that be" are watching...and eventually they come down on you.
Especially when the authorities are watching his videos as well. This is how dumb (and arrogant) this kid is; He's driving recklessly down Florida residential streets, passengers are yelling out the speeds, sometimes way over 100mph and I believe that's a felony in most states now. Freeze fame the videos and you can make out street numbers and names easily...count the gears and you can tell his approximate speed.
I was surprised that his parents let him get away with this but after watching his mother in the car with him on a YouTube video...I now understand where he gets the arrogance from. And to top it off, he's now coupled with another Business Opportunity scammer girl friend, Amy Sangster...she even compared Robert to Justin Bieber. LOL! Cannot wait until the FEDS hone in on them.
This kid is not a superstar. He's not anyone you want to model your life after. He's a spoiled kid that's been reared by an arrogant wealthy family and for years, desperately is trying to make a name for himself.
And of course, if you ever call him out on it... you're a "hater" "jealous" "you don't have the same mind set"...blah, blah, blah. They clearly don't understand. We don't dis-like him because he's got access to cars, Florida homes, a Lamborghini etc. Do we hate Justin Bieber? (well, I guess I do:)), Michael Phelps? or Zac Efron?...of course NOT. We don't like Robert Himler him because he has/is misleading the general public. PERIOD!
As for his book. It's a total sham. Yes, I bought it. Watch the video intro, then read the book...nothing more said.  As I said before, he's headed down a slippery slope and there's no doubt in my mind that this is truly the beginning of the end.
I Take Insult
AUTHOR: SelfmadeRocketman - (United States of America)
Dear Reviewer Charles,
I take insult to your rant. Not because I am in any way affiliated with the folks at FarFrom.It, because I have no affiliation with them. I have, however, upon reading your review, downloaded their ebook. Here is why I take offense to your comments:
I got started early in life (teenager) building my businesses, and I was a self-made man before my 20th birthday. I always faced haters who couldn't believe that I made it on my own. People made judgements the moment they saw me. I must be a drug dealer. I must have rich parents. NEVER did it cross their minds that I could have made it on my own. Why? Because these people worked hard for other people. They didn't have the courage or the belief within themselves to do it on their own. Simply put: they didn't know better.
Let me point out a few important details to you. The vast majority of the time Insurance companies own cars when they're on dealer lots, not the dealer. The dealer pays a small % of the value of the vehicle for every month that the vehicle sits on the lot. If his vehicles were owned by a dealer in PA he would not be driving them around FL. Period. My parents were kind enough to allow me to register my vehicles through companies I setup with them as the managing directors. Why would I do this? Simple! Insurance was one reason. Asset protection and liability reasons was another.
There are a ton of reasons why I never had my cars in my name until I was 26. Same deal with the homes I purchased. If you are a cash buyer it is highly beneficial to protect your assets. If I wrecked an exotic and hurt someone I wouldn't want a jury to have the ability to grant them awards that would include values of my homes or my other vehicles. I am not saying this is why he did this. I don't even know if what you say is true. However, based on how you worded it you clearly don't know, and make an attempt to "connect the dots." I am just giving you another possible scenario to help you understand why I had my parents involved for years.
If you really are a private investigator you would certainly see situations like this often if you had any decent cases. Wealth always breeds a need to protect it. America is a highly litigious society. I mean, a lady got $1M US from McDonalds because her coffee was too hot. If I bump into someone's car with my Veyron and I'm only going 5mph can you imagine how quickly the majority of people's necks will start hurting the moment they see my car. Now with all my assets spread around and protected I limit my losses to frivolous legal actions.
Furthermore, if you actually read FarFromIt and paid attention to it you would realize that a) there is a lot more content than starting your own youtube channel; b) the book is more about a mindset and how to approach situations than about a specific path to riches; c) they affirm section "b" multiple times throughout the book; d) it's sold by ClickBank which gives a 60-day money back guarantee, twice that required by law.
Your review is heavy one-sided and conveniently only points out "facts" to support your hater-based claims. I take offense to your "review" because I was the victim of many similar attacks my whole adult life (late teens into mid 20's) because people like you could not generate the same results, and simply missed the whole point of how I got there. So the only explanation is that I scammed in one way or another.
A proper mindset is worth more than every wealth generating technique in the world. This book delivers (at least somewhat) on helping people generate the right mindset. Becoming wealthy is like being in great shape! It has nothing to do with the gym or the diet food. If it did everyone would be in great shape! It has to do with the mindset that gets you eating the healthy diet and working out in the gym. Well, in business it takes a similar mindset to succeed. FarFromIt actually does a good job of addressing specific mindsets needed to be successful. I would say the book delivers what it advertizes. You can all tell me I'm nuts if you want to. Quite frankly I don't care. You know why? Because the ones calling me nuts likely have not achieved the success they desire. I have surpassed all my goals and I am still in my 20's. Who has it right? The guy who thinks he knows how to get "there?" Or the guy who already is "there?"
I would highly recommend 4-Hour Work Week for anyone out there seeking a business mindset. Excellent read. All the tools necessary to become a success are available to everyone. You just need to adjust the way you think about things so you can go from someone who wants to get in shape to someone who is in shape. There is a forum you get access to when you download their ebook. I haven't joined it, but support from others wanting to succeed can always be a great help. I wish everyone out there the success you desire. If I can do it so can you! As the years go by, and more of generation Y achiever high levels of success, people are more accepting that we can make it on our own too!
PS If all of us college educated people know that 23,009 words is actually only 23 pages spaced correctly then why the outrage? Have you read a book lately? Many of them use similar spacing techniques. Guess you better go after the whole industry... Start here: Amazon dot com. I'm sure they'll get right on it.
***So in conclusion we have a guy, Charles from Louisville, professing to be private investigator, by merely claiming to be. He claims this guy Himler is making videos of him driving expensive cars that HE DOES NOT OWN, but provided NO PROOF because he is a private investigator and as such we should just believe him. All Charles did was outline a theory and try to sell it to us as fact; and wants us all to miss that he did that.
Okay. I had to take a time out to look up these houses this guy supposedly owns. Where does Charles get that Himler's homes are extravagant homes? The value of his cars outweights his homes and extravagant they are not. Hey Charles, I own several websites that I checked on compete.com. The traffic rankings compete shows for my sites are tragically off compared to my Google Analytics data. By the way, even with as little as 20 people viewing and one of my sites I would make more than a dime. You claim that with Himler you get a con man and a poser (and I cannot defend him as he may very well be those things.
However, I have seen your attack directed towards me by many people and your attack is full of holes and your approach is simply dirty. I'm living the life you hoped reading his book would help you achieve. I can attest that there is great value in his book for shaping the outlooks needed to become wealthy. Take it with a grain of salt) who tries to steal your money with a fake (by whose standards? Yours?) ebook that sells false information based on false advertising. Someone please bring this liar to our USA court system and make him pay back all the money he has stolen!
Robert Himler, I don't if what he says is true or not about you. But if I had written this book and he cam at me with all this BS that I can prove is wrong at every turn, I would grant his wish for Court action and sue him for liable, and damages. 333 people so far have found his review helpful. If it's not true, that is 333 potential sales he drove away based on unsubstantiated garbage. I would sue him just for the grins of it. After all, he believe in punishing people in the courts that are putting out false information and who are liars.
Let us be honest here. The people who want to believe this is a scam will believe Charle's rant. The people who believe in the power of the possibility to change their lives, and will develop the right mindset will take a chance on a book like Far From It, or 4-Hour Work Week, or Rich Dad Poor Dad... And if it turns out to not be worth it, then guess what! They hall have money back guarantees! Wow! What a concept. If you don't like it you get your money back. For FarFromIt you buy from ClickBank, a massive company which Himler has no power over. Ask for a refund and you'll get it. Buy one of the other books I mention from Amazon, and that's even easier to return! Gosh darn it... All the wind is out of your hateful sails.
Apology: I apologize for the length of my post, and to anyone who I may offend (Charles included). I dealt with a lot of BS from people like Charles over the years. When there is a money back guarantee involved, and the money comes back as quickly as ClickBank returns it if you initiate a refund, what risk do you have? I read the book in one sitting in just over an hour. I believe this book has a good message about the mindset I have personally used for over 15 years to generate wealth. Don't let someone who is clearly bittered like Charles to rob you of the opportunity. If you don't like it, return it. All you're out is an hour or so of your time. Beyond Himler's book, check out some of the classics like: Rich Dad Poor Dad; Think and Grow Rich; 4-Hour Work Week; Manifesting Change: It Coulnd't be Easier; and tons more. I buy all my books on Amazon. Look! No affiliate link. I share from the heart and wish everyone the success they desire.
