Baking without Oven: -In pot,add 1 pack of salt,place steamer rack/wire rack (minimum 2“high) and preheat on medium flame for 15-20 minutes. -Place prepared kunafa,cover and bake in preheated pot on medium flame for 18-20 minutes. Baking in Oven: -Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 12-15 minutes. -Drizzle prepared sugar syrup & garnish with pistachios & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Sugar ¾ Cup -Water 1 Cup -Lemon juice ½ tsp -Khoya 100g -Cream 4 tbs -Pheni 200g -Makhan (Butter) soft 2 tbs -Mozzarella cheese grated -Pista (Pistachios) crushed Directions: -Saucepan mein cheeni aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein. -Ubal anay dein phir lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein khoya dal ker haathon ki madad sa crumble ker lein. -Cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein pheni dal ker haathon ki madad sa ache tarhan crush ker lein. -Makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Deep dish mein crushed pheni dal ker evenly pheela lein. -Khoya & cream mixture aur mozzarella cheese dal ker pheela lein aur gently press ker lein. -Crushed pheni dal ker evenly pheela lein aur press ker lein. Baking without Oven: -Pot mein ek pack salt dal ker steamer rack/wire rack rakh dein (minimum 2“high) aur 15-20 minutes kliya preheat ker lein. -Tayyar kunafa rakh ker dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya pot mein bake ker lein. Baking in Oven: -Preheated oven mein 180 C per 12-15 minutes kliya bake ker lein. -Tayyar sheera drizzle karein aur pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein! |
