Chicken – 1 kg 2. Yogurt - 100g 3. Salt - tsp 4. BON Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp 5. Chicken Ghee Roast Masala - 80g 6. Ghee - 4½tbsp 7. Curry Leaves - 3 strips 8. Tamarind Juice - 1tsp 9.Cashews 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐬: 1. Take 1kg chicken in a bowl and add 1 cup yogurt 2. Add 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp BON ginger-garlic paste 3. Mix well and keep aside 4. Take a separate bowl and add BON ghee roast masala powder 5. Add required quantity of water to make a paste 6. Keep aside for 15 minutes 7. Take a deep bottomed vessel and add 3½tbsp of ghee 8. Add ghee roast masala paste 9. Sauté till ghee separates 10. Add marinated chicken 11. Cook in medium flame till the gravy becomes thick 12. Add 1 tsp ghee and tamarind juice 13.
