In an affidavit submitted to the Supreme Court, the ED alleged extensive evidence tampering, including the destruction of approximately 170 mobile phones during the scandal's emergence. Kejriwal's repeated evasion of nine ED summonses was also stated, along with the agency saying that his arrest followed due process.
