Karandi Omelette Recipe: Egg - 4 nos Shallots (chopped) - 2 tbsp Green Chilli (chopped) - 2 tsp Curry Leaves (chopped) - 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp Salt - ¼ tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Cooking Instructions: 1. In a bowl, add the eggs, shallots, green chilli, coriander leaves, pepper powder and salt. Whisk until it is well combined and becomes a little frothy. 2. Use a small tempering pan for this dish. Heat oil over medium flame. Pour in the eggs. After it starts to set a little, push the egg to one side using a spoon. This is to allow the uncooked part of the egg to move to the side and get cooked evenly. 3. Slowly turn the egg and continue cooking. Keep doing this until the egg is completely cooked. 4.
