| Video Discription | Roza Iftar routine or Desert village foods and Recipes are depends on season and occasions, Ramazan is the month of fasting for Muslims , some foods are changed in this month. in this video a desert women cooked traditional food for Iftar افطار, green chili pakora, brinjal pakora , mixed shrubs pakora and a very famous and old traditional food sweet crumbled roti that locally called " Churi or Choori " is full of energy food. this recipe made with crushed roti and mixed with desi ghee and organic sugar (Shukker or jaggery powder). in drinks mostly villagers like to drink Imli (Tamarind) water with black pepper and mint , Roh Iffza syrup , Lassi ( yogurt blend ) and lemoniid.
