Traditionally prepared using toddy but nowadays toddy is replaced by yeast.. Serve Sannas hot with any spicy gravy.. Ingredients : 2 cups Rice (Idli Rice Or any Rice of your choice) (200 ml cup measurement used) 1 tspn Instant Yeast 1 tbspn Sugar 1/4 cup Warm Water 1/4 cup soaked Poha (optional) Poha makes Sannas soft 1 tspn Salt 1/2 cup Grated Fresh Coconut 2 tbspn Sugar (adjust as per sweetness required) Water 1 cup (that is 200 ml) Steam for 15 to 20 minutes Thankyou for watching this recipe video !
