In the third part of our Cracking Croatian Wine's Dalmatia series, we visit the old guards of Plavac Mali: Miloš Winery, Bura-Mrgudic Winery, and Kiridžija Winery, plus a strong newcomer Korta Katarina Winery. It was hard to cherry-pick the Croatian wine producers to feature in this episode, and we've selected these four because they make four distinctly different styles of Plavac Mali wines.
