Si Roman ay mayroong ranggo ng isang koronel sa rebolusyonaryong hukbo, at nagsilbing malapit na aide de camp ni Heneral Antonio Luna. Nang si Luna ay pinaslang sa Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, tinangka ni Román na iligtas siya ngunit binaril din siya ng mga bantay ni Emilio Aguinaldo. • Capt. Edurado Rusca (1873-1945) -Naging rebolusyonaryo rin siya ng Pilipino sa panahon ng Digmaang Pilipino-Amerikano, na may ranggo na Kapitan sa panahon ng kanyang personal na katulong sa termino ni Gen. Antonio Luna, siya lang ang nakaligtas sa pagkapatay kay Antonio Luna kasama si Col. Francis Roman,katulad rin ng ginawa ni Roman si Rusca ay tinangka rin niya iligtas si Gen .Antonio Luna ngunit sumuko siya nang mawalan siya ng bala sa kalagitnaan ng putukan ng dalawang panig dahil tanging revolver lamang ang kaniyang dala,dinakip si Rusca ng guwardya ni Emilio Aguinaldo matapos ang pangyayaring ito. • Maj. Manuel Bernal (??? - 1899) -Siya ay nagsilbi sa isang ranggo ng Major sa panahon ng Digmaang Pilipino- Amerikano, nang pumunta si Gen. Antonio Luna sa Cabanatuan, si Maj. Bernal kasama ang kanyang kapatid na si Capt. Jose Bernal at labing lima iba pa ay naiwan sa isang ilog sa Nueva Ecija, sapagkat ang sinasakyan nilang karitilya ay nawasak at hindi makayanan ang agos ng tubig, hinarangan sila ng mga sundalo ni Gregorio Del Pilar at inatasan na hulihin sila. • Capt. Jose Bernal (??? - 1899) -ang nakababatang Kapatid ni komandante Manuel Bernal, nagsilbi siya bilang isang Kapitan sa panahon ng Digmaang Pilipino- Amerikano. • Lt.
